ARTISTS IMMERSED IN WILDLIFE
| The Wombat Factor 2 is now in full swing. The weekend of the 16-17 March 2013, saw artists attend a wildlife immersion retreat at the Australian Animals Care and Education (AACE) facility at Mt Larcom.
The 12 artists had the opportunity to get up-close and personal with endangered species and other Australian wildlife. They now have two months to complete their artwork before it goes on exhibition in May.An art auction, to be held in conjunction with June’s EcoFest, will see the proceeds donated to AACE to help with much needed support and research for native animals. |
